PRE-ORDER ITEMS

How To Pre-Order from us ?

There are several ways to inquire a pre-order item:

1) Price and other details of items can be inquired through
    FACEBOOK / SMS / WHATSAPP / WECHAT / TELEGRAM

2) You can inquire item(s) through our MHTS ENQUIRY CORNER
    chatbox located on the left side of the website.

3) Go to our Facebook page at HERE

If you see something you like on internet, websites or magazines. Then send the details using the above methods and we will try to source the item(s) for you.

Once we have confirmation that your item is available for order. We will contact you either by FACEBOOK / SMS / WHATSAPP / WECHAT or TELEGRAM. You can then go to our Tutong shop to pay a deposit or full payment. We will notify you of the deposit fee or full payment with a purchase or resit.

Once we received your deposits or full payment , we will place your order with our supplier immediately.

Your item will arrive 2-3 weeks and customer maximum waiting period for their item(s) are THREE(3) months from the date of deposit or full payment.  Item(s) on waiting that has no exceed 3 months is not allow to cancel, refund or exchange !. If you cannot wait this long then please do not book.
